It all started when I picked Tali as my trainer. Wow was I lucky   this story started thirty pounds and lots of flab ago.  When ever I started on a weight loss plan in the past it was easy to lose weight in the beginning.  I was the one person who did not have to exercise.  I was convinced.  Tali and I talk about nutrition, exercise and positive enforcement. I still believed I knew better.   Tali gave me a notebook and said “Jane you need to write everything down.”  I never brought the notebook in because it would have been pure fiction. I really get into the workouts and I started seeing results.  Tali kept telling me it is more than just working on your body you need to work on nutrition. In March I found out
  I was going back to New York to see my family.   I realized I could not dress in sweats and I really wanted to go.  Therefore, I took Tali's advices and started writing down everything I ate.   I was not capable of doing this alone.  I needed Tali to keep the rhythm going and to keep me on track.  My sessions with Tali are never boring.  She gives me new workouts and mixes up the routines.  I am sixty years old and I have not felt this strong in twenty years.
I know that I look good.  Now thanks to Tali I am also healthy.  When I saw my family and friends, I was overwhelmed with compliments. What is awesome is that I can walk by a mirror with my eyes wide open.

I've known Tali for over 6 years. She has seen me through the up's and down's of my weight. I worked out with her religiously, was in great shape and then took a break for almost 2 years where I packed on over 30 pounds. Being 5'2" it looked like I gained more like 50 pounds. My friends didn't regonize me and I didn't recognize myself. I reconnected with Tali and she began to slowly get me back into a manageable workout schedule, really taking the time to listen to my needs. With the help of her nutrition advice (not denying yourself but making small changes that make a big difference) and encouragement  I managed to lose the weight and get into amazing shape. I look in the mirror and cannot believe what a change I see. I can only say amazing things about this woman and how she has completely changed my health and outlook on my body and life.

Tali doesn't just give me a good workout, she actually takes the time to educate me regarding proper eating habits, workout technique, and the reasons why I HAVE to do cardio (even when I don't feel like it).  Eating habits have been my own personal stumbling block, and she patiently and expertly offers suggestions and strategies for modifying my eating habits without feeling deprived.  As a result, my mind has grown in tandem with my physical fitness level, and I am able to take a more well-rounded approach to getting and staying fit.  Having the tools to take my health into my own hands for the rest of my life is INVALUABLE.  I have nothing but respect and good things to say about Tali.  Call her and do what she tells you to do - even when you don't feel like it.
